Immunity Tea Blend

Tea Ingredients

  • 2 parts dried elderberry

  • 2 parts dried mullein

  • 1 part dried rosehip

  • 1 part powdered or chopped dried ginger

  • ½ part reishi powdered extract

  • ½ part dried yarrow parts


Lemon Honey

  • thinly slice lemons into circles/coin style

  • add to jar

  • fill jar fully to the top with honey


Instructions

Determine how much tea blend you would like to make, and then assign your “parts” accordingly

Combine all of the herbs and mix well. If you’re making a bulk batch, transfer the blend to a storage container, label, and store in a cool, dark location.

To brew a cup of tea, add 2 tablespoons of the tea blend per strainer/mug.

Cover with 8-12 fluid ounces of just-boiled water and let steep, covered, for 10 minutes.

Remove the tea strainer, sweeten with honey or maple syrup if desired, and enjoy!


You can boil all of the herbs at once to prep brewed tea for a 3 day period

About 10 oz of dry ingredients + 50 fl. oz of water = 5 cups of batched tea

Start with water in large pot bring to simmer, add ingredients turned off as soon as all ingredients are added and allow to steep for 10 minutes

Strain Water after through a strainer, small wire or add cheesecloth layer to

collect all the herbs

Feel free to add in more or less of any ingredients.

If you enjoy your tea spicier add more ginger, if you'd like it sweeter add in more elderberries and more honey or maple syrup
